The only list of clauses published by the FTA is in Annex A1 of the BPPM. However, this document has not been updated for several years. Fellows should also take care to review the cross-cutting requirements listed in the most recent FTA Framework Agreement and in certifications and insurance, and to include any newly established requirements in the beneficiary`s contractual clauses.

The energy saving requirements extend to all third parties and their contracts at each level and sub-receivers, as well as their sub-agreements at each level. One. There are two mandatory clauses. The BPPM is available online. One. The Clean Water Requirements clause of the Best Practices Procurement Manual (MPDB), Appendix A.1, only applies to contracts and subcontracts that exceed $100,000. It does not apply to all contracts. The $100,000 threshold is common (but certainly not universal) for the application of federal clauses to scholarship holders` contracts.
